Ewid Food Safety Solutions is a proudly South African food safety and quality management consultancy based in Gauteng. We help flavour, spice, seasoning, ingredient, baking and beverage manufacturers build practical, audit-ready systems — and pass their third-party, customer and internal audits with confidence.

Meet the founder — Thandiwe Litheko
Founder & Lead Consultant · IRCA-Registered Lead Auditor
Thandiwe brings more than 16 years of experience in food safety and quality management to every engagement. She has spent her career helping food businesses design, implement and maintain the systems behind successful certifications — including HACCP, GFSI, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 — and has guided teams through third-party, customer and internal audits with consistently successful outcomes.
That depth of experience is what sets Ewid apart. Every system we build is shaped by what auditors actually look for — so our clients walk into audit day prepared, confident and in control.
